Garlic Herb Potatoes Ingredients: Garlic, onion, rosemary, parsley and special spice blend. Gluten Free. You just need golden potatoes or red potatoes.

Steak Rub: garlic, onion, red pepper, pepper and special spice blend. In a large ziplock bag add 1/4 cup olive oil and this package of ingredients and mix well. Add meat of choice to bag until well coated. Cook of grill to your liking  and serve with your favorite side. Great for steak, chicken or porkchops. Gluten free, low carb.

Crockstar Burger: garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, basil and special spice blend. In a large bowl mix this packet with 2lbs of ground beef or turkey with your hands or with a wooden spoon. Form the mixture into patties and cook/grill to your liking. Serve with mashed potatoes, veggie or salad. Gluten free and low carb
