Online Return Policy

Return Policy:

14 days. In store/online credit only. (Please refer to local pick up for in store pick up details.) We are unable to refund payment back in the form of cash or back onto cards for returns. After 14 days of your order being placed we are unable to accept a return.

Once an order is placed, orders can not be cancelled. Store or online credit will be issued.

ALL returns are issued in store/online store credit form when returned via gift card to use in-store or through email to use on our website. Cash will not be refunded, nor will your card be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or packing slip for proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without a copy of it. We have the right to refuse any returns after the 14 days.

Signature Look Boutique uses USPS shipping. Shipping is a $6.95 flat rate charge unless your order is $75 or more before tax. FREE Shipping is only granted if your order is $75 or more before tax or if there is a special deal ran specifically for free shipping. If you place an order with us and choose in store pick up as your shipping option, but would like your package shipped, there will be a $6.95 charge that will need paid before the package will be shipped (unless it qualifies for free shipping). Please contact customer service to let us know, you would like your item(s) shipped.

Please know that we work hard to pull your order as soon as it’s placed and package all orders with care. Orders that are placed online Saturday after 11:00 am – Monday will not be shipped out until Tuesday morning. Any orders placed Tuesday-Friday after 6:00 pm will not be processed until that next business day. Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days.

Credit card authorization must be received prior to processing an order. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package is shipped from our place of business, we can not change shipping methods or expedite shipping for that matter. Any shipments that are sent to an incorrect address will get sent back to our store and we will contact you for an additional $6.95 shipping charge to ship the order again, this charge is for any package that was sent to an incorrect address even if it qualified for free shipping.

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office for help. Please make sure to double check that the address you provided is the address your package can be delivered to. We do inspect every item very carefully before it is packaged, we are not responsible for any damaged packages done by the shipping carrier.

 If you have any questions about an item, sizing, fit or styling our stylists will be happy to assist you.  If something you purchased isn't quite right, you can mail it back for in store or online store credit.

We are unable to cancel an order after it's been placed and payment has processed. If you no longer want your order please reach out and we will process the order like a return. You will receive an online credit for the order that can be used on a future order. We do not refund cards or give cash back.

Regular priced items within the 14-day period

New, unworn, unwashed items with original tags in original placement

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items outside of return policy
  • Items with stains, smoke scent, dog hair or worn items
  • Items without the tag or receipt shown
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Gift Items
  • Sunglasses
  • Scarves
  • Purses
  • Headbands and Hats
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Socks
  • Mel Marie products

All items that are returned that meet the requirements must have tags attached with receipt shown, in same condition as sent, no dog hair, smoke smell or stains this includes make up and deodorant. Receipt must be sent back with your order. In store credit will be issued once items are inspected. This can take up to 2 business days after your package arrives at our store front.



If you are local, you may come in store within the 14-day period and exchange your item for a different size or return your item for credit only, if receipt is shown and tags are attached. If you have placed your order online and need to exchange, you will be responsible for sending the item(s) back to our store and we kindly ask that you please send the item(s) back as soon as possible. We are only able to hold online exchanges for up to 10 days of reaching out and letting us know you are needing to exhange. If the return doesn't make it to our facility within 10 days the item will get processed as a return for online credit only. Please write ATT: RETURNS on the package.

Items can be returned within the 14 days of delivery for an online credit only, to be used on future purchases. We are not responsible for lost in store credit codes sent via email.  Items must be unwashed, unworn and tags MUST be attached in the original placement. All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE, if these items are sent back, we will inform you and send the item back to you. Jewelry, hats, scarves, swimwear, handbags, gifting items, gift cards are Final Sale/Non-Exchangeable. Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your package and photos must be sent by email.  We are not responsible for items after they are washed. Please read label before washing/drying.

If you were sent incorrect items or sizes or are missing items from your order, please contact us right away.


How to Return:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. Please go to your local post office for a printing label and shipping bag/box if needed for your returned merchandise.

Local Pick up

 We offer local pickup to make it easier on you! We know, you NEED your order for your special events but don't want to pay for shipping. Choose in store pick up at checkout and we will have your order ready for you within 4 hours of your order being placed!  You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup (please check your spam/junk folders). We ask that you have your order picked up within 2 weeks of placing your order. Our 14 day return policy goes in affect once the order is placed, not when the order is picked up.

After 60 days of order(s) not claimed with no response, items will be donated.
